Customers have up to 14 days after receiving their original order, to ask for a refund.
When an item is bought, if it does not meet the customer’s needs, it will be changed*. The money already paid will not be returned but converted into a balance equivalent to the one spent which can be used to make a new purchase on the site.
*It will be at our discretion to assess the extent of the incompatibility of the garment and decide whether to change it or not.
Write an email at firstname.lastname@example.org if the garment is going to be returned. Specify the extent of the problem and insert the tracking number. If so won’t be done, the Un-Reliable team will not asure you the success of the service. Shipping costs will be on the customers behalf.
Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging, if not the customer won’t have the possibility of being refunded.
Incomplete products, damaged, worn or soiled, will not be accepted.
Sale items are Non-Refundable.
